In November 2016, the Nichols Hills Planning Commission and City Council revised the City's regulations for subdivision changes, which include procedures for City approval of lot splits, lot line adjustments, combining lots, and plats. The Planning Commission is the recommending body for all subdivision applications. The Planning Commission recommends approval or denial, then the application is forwarded to the City Council. The application is ultimately decided by the City Council.

The revised subdivision regulations, application forms, and related materials can be found at the following links.
